These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and EdgeCase Labs LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the CamCut mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
CamCut is a video editing application for Tesla dashcam footage. It provides:
CamCut Premium is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks overlay features (telemetry bar, map, G-force, and more). It is not a subscription — you pay once and own it permanently.

Payment is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. By purchasing, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
You retain full ownership of all videos and content you import into or create with the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content, and we never access or upload it.
You are solely responsible for:
CamCut and all related intellectual property — including the App's code, design, interface, and the EdgeCase Labs name and logo — are owned by EdgeCase Labs LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited license in Section 4.
Tesla Disclaimer: CamCut is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla," "Full Self-Driving," "Autopilot," and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeCase Labs LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
